Preside over, direct and coordinate the efforts of the Secretariat

Prepare to understand the movement to assume the duties of the Lay Director.

The Spiritual Director is responsible for providing guidance on all matters with respect to the GCVDC.

Represent Gold Coast Via De Cristo with the National Lutheran Secretariat.

Take minutes, maintain the records and act as the historian of the Secretariat.

Collect, record, disburse, maintain records and reports of finances of GCVDC.

Direct and coordinate the operation of the food and kitchen prior to and during the Via De Cristo weekends.

Conduct Leaders Schools, plan & supervise critiques, plan & supervise "Wives Meetings".

Plan & coordinate Ultreyas, work with Parish Reps

Collect and process applications for all applicants.  Contact all applicants and process responses.

Maintain transport trailer, train and coordinate Banner Person, Weekend setup, Laundry, Supplies Purchasing

Obtain and present general Palanca for the Weekends.  Communicate with other Secretariats about weekends.

Collect, edit and assemble articles for the Newsletter.  Arrange for publication and distribution of Newsletter.

Order and distribute Weekend materials.  Maintain and assemble Manuals.

Maintain the music manuals and insure that all printed music is used within appropriate copyrights.

Non-voting Member responsible for the maintaining, and updating of the database.
